gas prices

Why hasnt the price of gas dropped now that the price of a barrel of oil is lower now than it was before hurricaine Katrina?

I don't know but maybe because of the global market because here in my country the gas get higher price and never return and I think it will never return it is politics of the countries especially after the Iraq war.

what country are you in and how much is gas? Im in the USA and gas prices are at an average of $2.30-$2.50 a gallon.
