Well Bill has had his turn so I think Hillary deserves a chance if anyof them must have a go...

Bill clinton because he is a wonderful enthusiastic leader. He has the charisma to draw people towards him.

I would choose none of the two. As Bill has already been president twice and I don't supppose he deserves another chance. Besides, His wife hasn't impressed much with her talents. So none of the two.
