Umpires and Asians?

Are umpires unfair towards the Asians? I can give the example of many bowlers who suffered from these non-asian umpires. wonderful players like muralitharan, harbhajan, malinga,shoaib akthar, Asif etc. are suffered from this mental strain, What do you think of this?

I agree to u dude I think it written in there agree ment to be partial just see the case of recent series S.AF and INDIA Sreesanth getting penalized and Andre nel not even being given a caution .. and everyone knows who was the sledger
