Boil 500 ml. milk.If it gets fully boiled, add 100 gm. rice flour and 300 gm. sugar to it.Keep stirring constantly until it get very thickened.After it gets thickened well, remove it from heat and add 1 tbsp rose water.Mix well.Pour into small individual bowls and chill.Garnish with almonds/pistas/kaju nuts. This dessert is best when served chilled.

thanks for your comment.plz note:cooking firni is mainly depending on constantly stirring it.Until and unless it is being thickened like kheer keep stirring it constantly by big spoon.
