Did anyone know that:water is an understated proponent in life. I mean most people drink too little water. When you are dehydrated your body suffers. It can make you feel hungry, fatigue, and ill. Water...Who'd a thunk it.

Yes, indeed, but the quantity is also taking into account. The healtiest amount is 1/3 of our gastric volume. That means, not to eat too much because it will affect your intestinal function.

Yeah I agree.What we eat will affect our body in future.Even it will be a long term effect and can't be seen directly,I believe from now onwards we need to diversified our meals choices
