Are womens better employees then men?

i dnt agree with most of you.its not man or women who can be a better emloyee,its the person who can be a good employee regarless of gender.i do agree it depends uon nature of work but only 20%.Rest 80% is interest and,capability and hard work of a erson in doing a certain job.

Yes, I am agree with you, Men sometimes doesn't take things seriously ubtill there is someone standing on their head and watching them, otherwise they took things casy\ually, I am not saying that men can't do things seriously, but it is nature of men to get interested into many things at one point of time, may be this is the reason that women are more serious about their job and ment are not.

Not in all jobs women are better than men. For outdoor work men are better than women. For reception, front desk work, inside desk work, computer typing and communication, designing, planning and for raising energy during hard working time, women can better than men. I have women employees whom I am findng better than men in my office for above work.

Women tend to me more merticulous - YES. But to say that women are better employess than men, I don't quite agree. Men can be good employees too.

Yes research proved that woman are better employees that men. They are dedicated towards their work.

I think womes are better than men, they can concentrate more on work unlike mens. But thereare certain jobs that only men can do women cannot do all sorts of jobs, the jobs involving hardwork is for man only. For jobs that both can do, I think women are more comfortable and are able to concentrate more on their jobs.

I dont agree with you in total but it is right to some extent probably teen agers boys are mor careless in business matters than same aged girls.But men are more hard workig and devoted.

Ya sometimes but not always.Womens also have distracted mind but less than men.So finally It is true For 90% of cases....

well yes ur true girls more dedicated to work than u men . but its not tht womens r fully dedicated,even they get disturbed with matter concerning kids, family, kitchen lol many other things , infact men don't have all those worries, then why do men get diverted so easily ??? they don't need to ,

i will agree with you for some extent. because its all depends on the nature of work. if its a work like constructions and anyother hard work.. men will do better than women..

Absolutely Not!!! I totally disagree with your views. Men are more committed towards their job. They always want to prove something whether it is a girl or a job. Whereas girls always want to prove only onething, it is themselves.
