Why do people wanted to be RICH?

Almost everyone on earth wanted to be rich, including me. My reason is I wanted to help many poor people through a business and a foundation. How about you, what made you desire for wealth?

Because every one having some thought of desire...for full filling that they need more money......If we get more money surely our requirement will be satisfied......

Education is the only way in which you can fill a poor mans stomach day in day out. Educate him to earn a livelihood, don't just give a handout once, twice or every day, unless it is to tide him over a crisis.

there's nothing wrong with being rich and prosperous but should be at the right perspective. If it's all about greed, forget about everything and it's nonsense.
