I did...He is Japanese and a wonderful man. We have been married 9 years. We have a goregous little 7 year old boy.
I don't know why people get so worked up over it. Race should not be an issue. We are all humans. Who cares about the color of our skin.

yes. i agree. if age doesn't matter when it comes to loving a person, race should not matter, too. sometimes, people are so skeptic when it comes to interracial relationships. i think they are just jealous that is why they doubt about it.

Does'nt matter. Ur life partner belong from any race or nation. The important is to love with each other. Be sincere with ur life partner, be more caring, honset, loving.

If you really love someone, I don't think it matters what race you are. When you get right down to it, there is only one race. That is the human race. I also beleive true love has no boandaries. Race or age doesn't matter if both of you are concenting adults

i am from the philippines and my boyfriend is from sweden. i admit, it's hard to get the relationship going at first because of too much difference in our culture. but with love and determination to adjust because of respect and loyalty, our relationship is going stronger. we're on our ninth month and i will soon move with him to sweden within this year. and we talked about marriage, too. i don't think there's nothing wrong about marrying someone from a different race. for as long as you both understand each other, you have respect and trust, everything will be okey.

I am guessing people are looking at history (slave trade, apartheid, holocaust) and associating whites with being racist. Henceforth, if a white person wants to date in his or her race exclusively, he or she is considered racist.
It is certainly not fair because people have the right of preference. Also, plenty of other cultures have committed atrocities with race as a reason. People may choose to date within their race because of cultural similarities, language, or simply they think people of their race are irresistible. Nothing wrong with that. I guess what makes this wrong is putting down another race because of their difference in appearance or culture.

Race should not be an issue for getting marriage. The important is the character of the person of your partner. He/she should be very caring, loving and sincere with you.

I think it is fine to marry someone of a different race. Skin color should not be a factor in marriage. Allt that should matter is that the two people love each ohter and are ready to make that commitment to each other.
