How to set an Image on Header in new Blogger's blog

can anyone help me that how to put an image in Header of blogger's blog.

It depends on what site you are using for your blog. It's best to find a tutorial for your blog by doing an online search. You might find quite some useful tips how you can insert an image header in your blog. Basically you have to create an image to be used as a header. Than you have to find a company which hosts your image, Finally you have to insert an html tag in the correct position.

If You are allowed to put header image it's quite simple. You just need to insert HTML img tag and source of the image
