Do you think death penalty would prevent crime?

First we should know the philosophy of penalty against any crime. It does'nt mean to punish anyone. It meams to keep a the public away from crimes through the threat of punishment. If I know I will be punished by the court on the crime I have done. This scare will keep me away from the crime. Through this threat the govt. will success to keep the crime ratio very low.

Well it didn't in the past and I think the biggest crime of all was that they did actually execute many innocent people and found out later that they didn't do what they were accused of and all they could do was say sorry....its too permanent if they make a mistake...

no... it won't do any good, until the one, who is hanged is unbearable.

t always depends on the crime, for who is against, just a question: if the crime happen to your family??
