Tv tuner Card

Hello
I have an old tv tuner card which was produced in the following date: 30 August 2000.
On the board of this card i have a Conexant Fusion 878A chipset bUT I DO NOT remember who is the name of the company which have manufactured this card.Thus i can not find the drivers for Windows XP.Does anyone could help me?I would appreciate it.

Without the manufacturer it makes it alot harder, I suppose you could try finding a generic driver.
