China has more English speakers than the United State .....

Could be possible. I'm willing to bet that it isn't though. With a billion or so people in China (I know, there are a bit more, but for convenience) then almost 1/3 of the population would have to speak English to match the 300 million Americans who (assumedly) speak English. Do anywhere around 30% of Chinese speak fluent English?

I believe it as China's total population is more than 120 crores. India has about 100 crores people are are mostly educated, I think in India too more english speaking people than USA and U.K.
