What would be your thoughts if sudden death faces you?

I hope such a situation never arises in anyone's life!
Still, I can't help imagine a situation where one is face to face with death, knowing fully well that he is going to die in the very next few moments or seconds (click on picture for illustration).
What would be the thoughts fleeting through your mind in just such a situation? Clearing an unpaid debt? One last wish to meet your beloved? Frantic pray to God to save you this once, and you will be the most devout one forever? Wish you could fly up, away from the danger!

i think the image of my family esp my mother will come fleeting in my mind. because i dont want to hurt her and cause her pain. i love my mother and she doesnt deserve to be hurt. i know she loves me and i know that the hardest thing for a mother to experience is to bury her child. and my father too.. i love them both and ill be thinking of their reaction in the few seconds of life left in my body.
