Hi I am woried about this Star rating

Can yo please explain me hoe these ratings work am seriously worried i found my ratin to be three in the morning and when I came back from work it is 3....
This gives me an uneasy feeling am afraid to sleep.. as I afraid it will go to minus 3
Can anybody explain how these works or anybody faced similar issues

there is nothing to worry about. I read the alerts and it says that the star is for quality rating and to calculate this mylot uses some algorithm.
this improves the quality of responses.

I am not sure what they mean. At first I thought it was for the number of post but that cant be right. I do have lot of friends and never post anything negative and try to help out my friends when I can. I must go find more information on this new cool star rating :)

I am a five but I think 8 is good. I don't think this is fair. How do they judge us? Someone please explain how this system works

yes we need to understand how the quality is calculated. we need to understand the algorithm

mylot have started this star rating only today
i dont think the star rating is on quality post ..the frequency and the number of responses that you made that hour .it is based on your efficiency and speed at which you do
i bet that you can make 60 responses in an hour and you will have the highest star rating...
do you think mylot administraters are checking for the quality of responses of all the 55,795 users over a nighe only a machine can do that!!!
you need another 55795 people to check the quality of responses

how come I can't see this stars your talking bout, its kinda weird for me,am just glad my earnings is growing a bit and hope that it will continue to leap much better. By the way can you tell me bout all this star stuff thing pls??

If you read the alert, mylot said the algorithm is based on the + and - rating system mostly. That means if you start quality discussions and repsond with quality answers people will rate you positive. Then your star rating will go up.
I don't think it is anything to lose sleep over.

I've read only some minuts ago this news, is still soon to junge if this thing is good, for now i'm to 55, i'll see if this one has been revealed good thing!
