Uses for Velvetta

Ok, so I bought one of those huge blocks of velvetta thinking I would use all of it to make cheese dip. I used half and now we are sick of cheese dip. What else can I do with the rest of this velvetta? I have only used the stuff for cheese dip and I'm sure there is much more that I can do with it.

I found a recipe on kraftfoods.com that I made the other day. You make tacos with beef and taco seasoning as usual, but when it's almost done you add 8 oz of velvetta and let it melt and mix in. The recipe calls for Mexican Velvetta, but I'm sure it would be good with regular velvetta too. If you like tacos, give it a try! My fiance LOVED them. I also suggest just going to kraftfoods.com and searching for recipes. They make recipes that use their own products and I'm sure there are more velvetta recipes. Enjoy :)

There are a bunch of things you can do with it. Others already mentioned some good ones. i found a website for you with lots of ideas for your cheese. the recipe for the fudge is on there too. http://www.aaa-recipes.com/velveeta/velveeta.html

Grated you can use it on nachos. Or on pasta. Or in tacos. It's a good standby when you run out of your usual cheese Though Velveeta is not available any more in Australia - we can only get Kraft processed cheddar cheese here now _ remember it from my childhood.

Believe it or not there is a great chocolate fudge recipe that calls for an entire block of Velveeta. My sister in law and I made it at her house when we were over there for Thanksgiving one year. It turned out so good and tasted nothing like Velveeta. It looked like chocolate fudge too, it wasn't orange/yelloe like Velveeta, it was a nice chocolate brown.
