Britney and Paris "worst-dressed" of 2007

Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have earned the joint number one spot in this year's “Worst-Dressed Woman’s List”. The list is complied annually by retired fashion designer Mr. (Richard) Blackwell, and the 2007 version has the title of worst dressed awarded to both of the stars. Mr. Blackwell branded the pair “two peas in an over-exposed pod” and “style-free and fashion deprived” in his accompanying comments. Camilla Parker-Bowles was the second worst offender according to the compiler, while Lindsay Lohan came in third. Next came Christina Aguilera, with Mariah Carey completing the top five. It is the second year in a row that Spears has topped the list, while Hilton last achieved the feat in 2003.
