It's interesting to see that as Election time is soon to come, Presidents will almost always announce some strategy that will make the people happy - and as a result he will get more votes. Right now (Sept 2007), Bush in the USA is wanting to send 20,000 ! more troops to Iraq. This certainly NOT making the people happy. BUT, next year, NEXT YEAR!, to get votes, he will then BRING THEM ALL BACK HOME. The people will be happy, votes for Bush and his collegues will pour in! Crazy.
