I prefer toilet paper. I can't imaging using hand instead of paper :O. No offence, i know there are lot of people in the world are using water. Just that i really can't used to it and hope i won't have to try that. It's for hygenic purpose. Although we can wash our had later, but we need to make sure our hand are clean thoroughly, or else we will contam other place and pass the germ to other people through a lot of medium like entrance door handle, stair case handle, elevator buttons, table/chair/cutlery and etc. So i usually wash my hand first thing when i back to my house. We don't know we had touched. I practised this even more frequently when the SARS broke out in 2003/2004.
Ofcoz there is pros & cons for everything in this world. Using water is also more environmental friendly, we could save thousands of tons of toilet paper if all of use practise using water instead of paper.

If I'm outside I use wet wipes and toilet paper. If I'm at home I wash with water and feminine wash when I do #1 then dry myself, and I use soap and water a couple of times for #2 and dry myself... hope you like the honest answers. Here in the Philippines, women like to wash with water as often as possible.
