How MyLot ranking one...?

this only came in yesterday and i dont think any of us are certain how it works exactly. Apparently it is to do with the quality of your discussions and your postings, i think it is a good idea as it can act to remotivate flagging spirits. I guess the way to lift your ratings is to post more quality discussions. What i want to know is will the new ratings effect your earnings, i dont think that was made clear in the alert
