Need advice...Please HELP!

Many times while opening mylot i get afraid because i am not very much high in english when i open mylot i read many discussions and appriciate them i want to take part in those discussions but i get very much time while translating the answer or get too much time to make a question. sometimes i cannot understand the tipical words so i will request the mylot members to use simple language so that everyone can understand it. and can anyone suggest me how to improve my english i belong to a middle class family and cant afford paid courses so please help me in improving
