Option for stay at home moms

As a stay at home mom I was just sitting here putting my thoughts together I was saying that i no the reality of moms who stay at home with the children really need the extra money it would be nice if we could work for 6months and save our checks and get a income as well as an income tax. and stay home the rest of the year and be able to live comfortably with the kids. Does this sound like and idea or not.

well, it all depends on the reason why you are at home and not working. if the reason is to be wo=ith kids, then there really is no meaning to work for half a year. otherwise, you can see a job which takes very little time. you can also do what you are already doing at mylot, i.e. stay at home and earn money , i have also seen people doing what they like like art, painting, pottery and a host of other things and then they sell their products.
if it is not for the kids, then you can as well go out and earn the whole year. i am not married, but i would certainly want my wife to be self dependent
