If you could only afford one which one would you keep? For me I think it would have to be the internet. I use it more than my cell phone. I have to admitt I would be very sad about losing either one though. Isn't it amazing that ten years ago most people didn't have either one?

Ah easy question for me, without a second thought it would definitely be in the internet, mainly because I'm on the internet for most of the day and without it I would be totally lost and having serious withdrawal symptoms. I hardly use my mobile at all, just for texting and if I break down in the car it's good for emergencies. So the internet wins hands down every time.

I would keep the internet. I have a cell phone but hardly use it at all. I'm home most of the time and so I use my land line. The only reason I have a cell phone is for highway driving, or if the schools/kids need me when I'm out doing errands.

I would definitely keep the internet. It's virtually
having the world at your fingertips. A cell phone is
just a distraction to me.

The Internet - i use this more than my cell phone. I only use the cell for texting and the occasional phone call to my hubby when I am out and about. Other than that, I use the internet for everything just about!

I could live without either. Of course both have made life easier but I've had my phone longer than I've had the interent so I suppose internet would go. If we had a landline phone then I would happily get rid of both but I think my phone would be harder to live without than the internet.

Well I don't have a cell phone so it's a really easy choice for me. I'd want the internet. Even if the choice was the internet and my landline phone it would still be the internet. I don't like phones all that much and I can do a lot more on the internet that I can't do on the phone.

I could do without the cell phone as long as I have a landline. I would much prefer the internet to a cellphone as the internet is so much less expensive and I can send any amount of emails all for the same price. I can also surf the internet and so my shopping on line which I can't do from my cell phone.

Well some people can't afford both. The question was just for curiousity. Nothing is required in life except food, clothing and shelter.

It would have to be Internet! I use the Internet every day. My cell phone is great for emergencies, but I'm not the type to talk on the phone for hours. I was also thinking how much more connected to the world we all are today, and how years ago our parents ddn't have cell phones, Internet or cable TV. We all must have a lot more bills than our parents had!
