If Someone Love In There Close Relation Then What They Do?

I love my cousin and She also love me very much. And we can not live without each other. But in our religion it is never possible that we both get married.
So please suggest us that what we do now? Does we runaway from our parents and get married, or we both get Suicide?
Please Help and Suggest Us.

i think its best not get involved in that matter. medical science showed that marrying a first degree blood line will result to mongoloid children or grandchildren. 85% possibility and 15% other rare complication. there are no escape in it. sorry... if you need more proof. research about it. usually, even nurses know that.
i suggest that you go only for sibling love and not beyond that. if you risk it. you really might regret it.

if you really love her then get married theres nothing to stop you but only that there are medical reasons you should not marry her. Your future generation will be open to more genetic disorders, while in other marriages the chances are 25% in close relation marriages or same blood marriages risk fctore increases to 50%. If you want to take chances then go ahead.

My religion is Hindu and I live in India and in my religion the marriage is not possible in cousins. In my religion the marriage in close relation(relative) is never possible.
So please give some other suggestion.
