Has anyone had a bad experience with cell phone users?

I know that I have had numerous close call when someone about hits me while they are driving and using a cell phone.
I passed someone on the interstate that was talking on the cell phone, filing her fingernails and driving with her knee because he hands were busy. I just thought it was a drunk driver on the road. She couldn't stay in her own lane.
They are starting to get dangerous. Well just the ones who can't do 2 things or more at once.
Have you had this experience? Or a similar one?

hey some thing like that when she was driving on on the phone and eating and i do not know how she did it but she did

I see this every day when I go to work. While I am driving there are so many people talking on there cell phones, they dont even watch where they are going. I had a lady go right through a stop sign because she was to busy talking. I had to slam on my brakes, was I mad.You have to be so carefull and watch out for all these idiots that talk on there cell phones.
