What do you think of brain teasers?

So, what do you think of brain teasers? And do you have a favourite one? I just recently got the ALCATRAZ Puzzle. I am trying not to just find the answer, but trying to do it for myself. So far, absolutely no luck. This is the hardest brain teaser I have ever had.
