My first preference is love - becouse it is impostant to have somebody near you who loves you. Friendship is also very important - you can combine them.

it would depend on the person with whom you are building a relationship. For my husband both love and friendship. Sisterly love for my brother. A mothers love for my children and for others it can be at best friendship.
