my daughter is boy crazy

my daughter is only 12 and drives me crazy about boys about how this guys hot or that guy and how shed like to go out with this one or that one i got upset becuase we were watching tv one night and she said oh man that guys hot and i looked her and said no parent in thier right mind wants to here thier 12 year old daughter say that a guy is hot and asked her to not do it again

my daughter will be 11 in June and believe me, I'm not ready for what you are going through.
A few of her friends are already boy crazy.
What can a father do? Leave it up to the wife to handle or buy a shotgun to deal with the creeps that will soon be at my door looking to date my daughter.
Parents don't think of this stuff when they decide to have a baby.....God help us all.
