Why do U.S. politians insist on providing health insurance to illegal aliens?

They are? Well I personally wholly disagree with this. I'm working on a research report on the potential impacts of legalization of illegal immigrants on the health care system. So far through statistical analysis I have estimated that illegal aliens in coming years will cost the US system (hundreds of) billions per year! I really don't think we should be allowing them to stay here when it's going to have such a negative impact on the rest of us, especially when they don't even pay taxes.

True. How can illegals be entitled to something when they are breaking the law to be here. The citizens paying the taxes are paying hirer premiums for less coverage and they're getting stressed out doing it.

I don't know where the politians head are... I guess in the sand somewhere. My God can't they see what it is costing the Americans..Our Health Insurance goes up..And we have good coverage, but still have to pay out of the pocket. Yes I know a few that are paying into the taxes, but the real question is are they using there own Social Security Numbers? Or maybe they are using their kids Social Security number who was born here. Somehow all this has to be stopped. I can understand if you they come here legal, but there are to many that are illegal and it is closing our hospitals all the country as they don't pay anything on the medical bills...Now Calif. is giving them Free Medical.. I wonder how many more hospitals in Calif. will close from no money...
