Do you think sleeping too late at night affects our health?
I believe it affects our health to a great extent as our mind needs some rest during the night.I have also read that some functions of liver are carried out during a defined time at night. So one should rest at that time.

Yeah, scientifically it does have an effect on our health. Besides, we often hear models and celebrities mentioning that 1 of their most concerned beauty secrets is having enough SLEEP. It reflects on one's look and behaviour too whether if he/she have enough sleep or not.

i think it does affect ones health but it is really not too significant atleast for the youth. i have been doing that for quite some time now, and the time when i am writing this is 2.30 am!
well, you need to stay up late for various reasons, especially when you do not lead a disciplined life in the morning! and that is what makes me stays up late, and no real regrets about it as well.
