I've had migraines for over a year now. They seem to be getting worse. I feel nauseated and lots of times they last for two whole days. During those days, I can't get out of the bed and feel really dizzy. What causes migraines? What is the best treatment?

there are a lot of things that can cause them. I never had one til I hurt my back. Now I get them all the time. I am on Topamac and Relpax. Topamaz is a pilll that you take everyday it helps try to provent them and Relpax is what you take the first sign of a migraine.

I also experience migraines. I once read from a book that migraines caused primarily by stressed. Also your diet is another factor. Base from what i've read, chocolates and nuts are the most common factor that may cause you to migraine attacks. So, the best thing that would help me not to experience migraines more...that i should never stressed up myself and good eating habbit...should stay away of those chocolates and nuts.
