Drug testing for those who receive welfare ?

There is a debate in our state's legislature coming up about requiring all applicants for welfare to do a simple drug test before receiving benefits. Eventually this will go to all on the system on a random basis. I, for one, think this is an excellent idea. There are too many using this money for drugs than in paying rent or clothing and feeding themselves and children.

I could not agree more! I have not heard of this, but I am glad that they are something like this is actually being done. I get so sick of also seeing people on welfare having nicer vehicles and clothes then i do!! I hope that changes. Nothing wrong with living comfortably, but come on.
