She is VERY motivating. She wrote a book called Sink Reflections. I highly recommend her website, email reminders (which can sometimes be a lot, but if you get behind just delete them) and her book. CHeck her out and let me know what you think. :)

I used to be a subsriber to Fly Lady's motivational emails. I liked the context - but I got way overwhelmed by the amount of reminders that get sent out on a daily basis. You get daily reminders. Weekly reminders. And so much more!

I've been using fly lady and it's been really helpful. Everyone comments on how clean my house is which is great. I don't follow her strictly but it still works. She use to send out reminders of what to do throughout the day but I can't seem to find where she's doing that anymore.
