Smart Burn for Weight Loss

I've seen the commercials for Smart Burn and decided to pick up a bottle and give it a try. I know it's no miracle drug, but if it would help keep my appetite at bay a little, I feel it's worth a shot. Has anyone tried this? If so, how is it? Does it help with your appetite? Does it make you jittery? After I look up all the ingredients and if they seem safe, I will try it this weekend.
