Cooking contest! What would you cook to win?

If you join a cooking contest what recipe would you cook. The contest includes cooking appetizer, main dish and dessert. State your best recipes that you will make you win. For me as appetizers, carrot with tomatoes and mayo. Main dishes would be simmered carp. And dessert would be cheesecake.
