How to use Yahoo mail with Outlook???

It is a way to get the mail from yahoo in the inbox from Outlook in our computers

The free yahoo email does NOT provide a pop server. Which means you canNOT receive email.
They do however have a smpt server which is how you SEND email.
However you can use a program called ypop that will act as a go between

you can get email from yahoo with outlook if you use free yahoo mail. you need to upgrade it before you can use with outlook

not if you use the free yahoo mail. If you pay for your yahoo mail you can use Outlook.

If you subscribe to a free Yahoo.com account, POP3 is not available. However there are different domains of Yahoo! in other countries that give you POP3 access (which you can use for Outlook) for free like Yahoo.com.ph, Yahoo.com.in among others.
