i really love it specially when its fried. Some times we call it as edam actuallt it is a pasteurized cheese molded in a ball shape. Its really delicious, when its melted you cannot smell its bad smell and you will taste its richnes. It is one of the favorite food icon of the Filipinos during Christmas time and New year because of their belief that it will bring prosperity to the family and it really suits their buds but its quite expencive.=)

Hi there, im a filipino but i didn't heard edam, what other names do they call it. Im from the visayas, i think edam is a delicacy from the nrthern part of luzon? am i right? correct me if im wrong, really love to try it.

Wow! What a question that stir you up your stomach for some food!I can say that I love to eat chicken in every way that can be cooked:fried,or boiled .But the best about chicken is the accessories that you put beside and here I mean to some garlic sauce!What a good meal you will have!Just try to taste in this way some fried chicken and you will see that the benefits will be multiple.Because I have already said too much and eating to less ,I finish here the story about Loving Chicken!!!!!!!!!!!
