how do you regard the aging process ????????

I regard the aging process as a natural process of life. We all start out young, and we all will get old. I'm 57 and I don't have any problems with the greying of the hair and all the changes that take place. I will grow old naturally, and hopefully with some amount of grace. I'm just glad to be here for as long as I can.
