I played fatal Frame 2 (Crimson Butterfy) It was great and scarry. I haven't played part 3 yet. When you see your camera lights up, you tend to be more cautious. Also the story was great.

yeah, I've played that too. It was also hard at times. i found myself not having enough film or health. had to go back and start from another saved place to do it with more film and health. 9thank gfoodness I had saved in different slots. lol) I haven't played part 3 yet either. I think that's palystation 3 and I don't havee that system yet. Thanx for responding.

I think Fatal Frame 3 is on the Playstation 2.
I think i'm going to buy it. I'll tell you how it goes.

Its one of the best games on Playsttion2 , I completed FF2 , it was horrifying ! When I play alone at night I genuinely get scared , and its hard not to get scared with all the visual effects , scary sounds , sudden silences and the spooky storyline ! It has so much effort obviously invested it could have been a blockbuster movie , only videogames are better, movies only last 1 and half hours while the gameplay can take days enjoying the story !
I have the FF3 game but I still havent found time to play it .

I've got fatal frame 2, it scared the bejezus out of me when i played it! I even stopped playing it for a while but picked it up but i still jumped at the same scary cut scenes. My heart was always in my mouth, everything scared me but i just wanted to finish the game. I still havent finished the game yet but i definitely will, guess i'll buy the part 3 too. I know i'm going to wet my pants but hey, its a great game!

see that's just like me! I started Fatal Frame 2 but stopped it for a while because I got stuck. I couldn't get past a room due to not enough life or film. Ended up having to go back to another save point (I always save several different slots incase this happens)and it was at a very scary part of the game, so I had to do all that freaky scary stuff again...so I waited a few days before I picked it up again! lol

what make the game scary is the spooky surrounding. you really feels that you're in an abandoned house.
the second thing is, there is 'passive ghost' - ghost who pops up for no apparent reason & not interfere with the gameplay.

you are exactly right! The surroundings and the ghost that comes out of no where are so totally scary. And to me, the sounds that some of the ghost make and the screaming! Really scary!

yea I'v played it and I think that it's the best game ever why you ask? because for one! your a girl in a short cute mini skirt running around in a big manchion after your brother that got killed cuz he did not keep an extra case of film on em... so now it's your job to go and kill those nasty bady ghose with a super clip of fuji film and kodak for back up

i love the game... its amazing... the graphics and the best soundtracks i've ever heard... the constant grainy viewport giving the haunted feel... i stilljump wheen those standin spirits cme.... really cary... and especially the chases wgere the tatooed princess comes... my heart in my throat... woah scary....
