Satanism or Miscarriage of Justice? WM3

Oh, then i have a story for you. How many of you have heard the story of the west memphis 3? my wife's best friend recently sucked her into this, and she's frothy over the miscarriage of justice done in this case. And since I can't pry her hands off of the book Devil's Knot, what can you tell me? And what do you think? was there a miscarriage?

the only thing I can really say is that I think the WM3 situation was a lot if misunderstanding, shoddy justice, and continued in-justice.
I can't say for sure whether the kids did it and I don't know that anyone will ever know. But I think the case should eb re-visited and see if the evidence holds up to an impartial jury...

Personally I don't think they did it. Well, i've read case files and the books and all of that, and it's really messed up how these kids got railroaded and why. I think that a change in judge would make all the difference. Currently we're waiting on DNA testing on evidence to come back, but i'm afraid the judge will find some way to throw THAT out too. For anyone that's interested, just let me know, i'd be happy to pass on stuff. LOL but for now i'm going to get off my soap box

Well good for you but looking at the case from an unbiased point of view there is very little evidence that isn't circumstantial. The time frames of events are suspicious, the witnesses that were called seemed to be reading a rehearsed story and all of this stemmed from the "confession" from a developmentally challenged child that was in police custody for hours before the idiot cop decided 'Oh he is finally saying what we want him to. Let's start recording.'

Let's not forget the real WM3, Christopher Byers, Michael Moore, and Steve Branch!
Although when I first saw the documentary Paradise Lost - The Child Murders of Robin Hood Hills back in 1993, I was angry and felt that the three teenagers did it, but they made a new documentary in 2001 and I kind of felt different about everything. Something tells me that JOhn Mark Byers had something to do with it.
If you havn't seen the HBO documenary, then I would watch them.
And even today they don't have any DNA that matches the then teenagers.
So it's hard. A lot of evidence was left out in trials.
But I still think that people need to remember the three young boys that were murdered. They are the real WM3 no matter what.
