What kind of exercises can I do now that I am pregnant besides walking? I am in my first trimester and I walk, but I get tired of walking every day. I need something different.

i have heard from a documentary on tv that swimming is one good exercise for pregnant women. of course you should consult your doctor first depending on your personal health. when i was working in the gym, they had a special program for pregnant women which consisted of walking on the treadmill and a lot of stretching. it also helps if you have a personal trainer who will design a special fitness program tailored to yuor needs as well as be monitored while you exercise. it may be important for you to monitor your heart rate and blood pressure while working out as there are cases when these are affected by pregnancy.

Thanx for the tip. I really can't go swimming, because where we live there is no pool or gym close enough to us. Thanks for the response.

Swimming is very good and it also helps support things. Some Yoga you can do.
