Its not necessary to choose the best answers but its good to reply and rate the responses to your own discussions.I've chosen best answers for only two of my discussions as i got what i wanted from those discussions. But all those who reply to your posts will feel good if you rate them or reply back and it will encourage them to reply to your new posts as well. Rating responses is a good way to increase your earnings.

You should rate the responses. If someone cares to respond to your discussion, you should reward them with at least a rating. It only takes a second, and it is worth it to have people come back and respond again. Best answers aren't a necessity, but I like to check and see if I get them.

If you read the guidelines, you will find your question.
myLot ask us to rated the responses and give a best response. But, it's up to you if you could see the best in all the responses. But, myLot will know what is your motivation at myLot. Some people just start a discussion and never come back to their own discussion with a reply or comment. It's strange, isn't it? How could they rated the responses and give best response???

Not sure if you have to, but the idea behind this site is to talk. If your not rating or responding to your discussions your here for the dime, which you're not going make because others will not respond to your discussions for the fact we're trying to carry on a topic
