should we eat vegetarian only ?

there is a lot of debate on switching to vegetarian diet, people for ethical treatment of animals are caimpaigning for it, so what's your take, is vegetarian better or ethical than a non-veg diet

You can't live only from vegtables.. you don't get this way some of the most impportant vitamines like B12.. Also vegetarians take those vitamines in pills they are still more unhealthier people then people who eat meat in a regular base...

I think that there has to be a good balance of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian in your diet. I love to eat vegetarian dishes and I also love meat. My husband is the same way. Often when we find that we have had too much meat in our diet, we will eat vegetarian for a week or so. There are certain nutrients that our bodies get from meat and we can't find them in vegetables. There are substitutes, but it's not the same. I think that people who are vegetarian should be aware of what they need to be eating as a replacement for meat so they can stay healthy.

i do not think so that we should eat vegetarian cause our body still need other like meat,egg,fruits,milk

Ya vegetarian ethical than non veg.But the people who are living in a cool country need more fat to over come the chillness.So in order to avoid thiswe have to go with the non veg.
