Help me please.How can I get money from paypal or e-gold without credit card?

I am an Indian.And has recently joinerd mylot and ptr.I have got a pay-pal account and e-gold account.But I dont have a credit card.I would like to know which of these provides money in Indian rupees? e-gold doesnot even ask for your bank account details.So where are they going to send me the money?and will it be in indian rupees?

With e-gold you don't need a credit card just sign up

you do not need a credit card or validate your paypal account.it is only needed if you want to increase the amount you can withdraw.else you can with draw 150$ with a fee of 5$
