i am so much satisfied of microsoft outlook 2003 being a part of management in our organization... it made my work easy, where i just make tasks and it reminds me time to time and you can flag messages to follow them up etc... what do u think about its utility and use and is there any hidden feature which needs more expertise to know or use... please share...
