One good thing about outsourcing is that it gives opportunities to people in other countries to exercise their skills and talents in a broader way. But the negative side is that it reduces the opportunities for people who lose their jobs as a result of outsourcing. And, as someone else has said, that's a result of businesses wanting to save money, because they don't actually care about their human resources.
