Will there be an authorization of the use of nuclear weapon?

If there's going to be such an authorization, I think it will happen after the government has exhausted the option of draft reinstatement.
America has been the only country to use nuclear weapons on another country in human history (mind you Japanese people). Can she ever again use it without another country using it first? I think it's probably next to impossible given the obvious consequence of the extinction of human race, but not impossible given the fact that humans are fallible and so is human rationality.
Do you think America will consider using nuclear weapons in Iraq, Iran, North Korea or the surrounding vicinities?

No, don't worry about it. We'll never
do that again. Mainly because we're
not the only superpower anymore. The
ramifications would be swift and severe
from the rest of the world. The draft
won't happen either because that will
be the straw the breaks the camel's back.
Meaning us. That's to much of a risk for
our government to take.

I don't believe Bush would ever think about using nuclear weapons unless the threat of nuclear attack on the U.S. was obvious.
At the moment we're not the ones threatning though, I don't know if you've heard (I was a little shocked to tell you the truth) that Isreal was/is planning a secret nuclear attack on Iran to destroy their nuclear plant. We quickly stepped in and said...ummm that's probably not smart. lol
