how to cope with labour

Hi..This is my first pregnancy and i would like to know how do i cope with labour since im really terrified with the stories around me...Right now i am 4 months pregnant..I would also like to know what are the dos n donts of pregnancy & how do i remain in the best of health during pregnancy...What things should i eat for a healthy baby & what exercises i shoulkd do to remain fit during this time

One thing that is vital....BREATHE. Pregnancy is a difference experience all together. One thing to know is to walk and exercise, it helps with delivery. All the fears that people put into you, just take them like a grain of salt. I wont lie, it hurts but there are things to help with that pain, also if you have your loved one beside you it will be a piece of cake. Just look into his eyes and know that you will soon have a beautiful child in your arms. One book to consider though is what to expect when your expecting. That is one book that will tell you every last detail you will want to know. Trust me, it was a blessing to have. I knew everything by the time I was ready to give birth.
