I think they are just blaming but not working property

i think both of them playing game for making their vote bank.

I don't think it is a question of who is right or wrong. I think both UP and delhi state governments are scoring poltical points at the cost of the people of both states. I feel since In NCR capital region surrounding delhi like Noida. people come from these satellite towns work in delhi and have to use publc transport for the purpose. And when Delhi govt. on directions of supreme court impounds UP state highway buses that ran through middle of city causing lot of air pollution and traffic problems, when they didn't had to comer to delhi but had to go other states and where using it as a shortcut. so they were caught hold ofa nd buses taken away. But the UP govenrment who is more in scoring political points decided to impound delhi's inter state buses with no justification and causing people lot of problems as they didn't knew how to travel. i feel both state govt. should iron out their differences by talking on table in larger inteest of people. but i feel that pollution is serious problem as delhi's air is really polluted and inspit of CNG buses and other pollution control measures is growing. i think we should encourage use public transport like CNG buses,a nd delhi metro that might help.
