Should begging be banned??

In most of the developing countries like ours, there are many people who live below poverty line and thus are forced to beg for money for their livlihood. But as they start begging and as the time passes, they stop using their minds n thinks that they cant do any other thing other then to beg for money n bread. N they themselves decrease the chances for their financial improvement if they start using their brains. So for the sake of their benefit only, should begging be banned!!
