Are youa wokerholics? Do you always take workfrom office home and even try to sleep over it? Are you always too busy to get yourself a good sleep? meeting, travels all in the name of work/business? Then your life might be at a risk. Research report has it that anyone having lese than 4hrs sleep per day is likely to die very young. Nomatter how busy your schedule is, always create time to rest and have a good sleep. Youjust can't cheat nature. A stich in time saves nine.

This is true, but when you live in a place like California (USA), you cant tell the difference between the workaholics and the people trying to survive, because the average job with 40hrs a week does not pay enough for a place for you to live. So what is one to do. If you don't eat, you may also die young.
